The Frilsham Europe Fund (the sub-fund of the Frilsham SICAV) is a long-only European equity fund, domiciled in Malta and licensed by the MFSA as a full-scope Alternative Investment Fund, open to qualifying (professional and high net worth) investors where EU passporting rules and local regulatory requirements permit.
The Fund holds a concentrated portfolio of approximately twenty shares, selected with a long-term, intrinsic value, and contrarian mindset.
Investment and operational activities are performed by a small, experienced team, most of whom have known each other professionally since the early 2000s.
